Preparing Files

For best results, please follow these guidelines:

File Format:
We accept the following file formats: PDF, QXD, INDD, EPS, AI, JPEG and TIFF.

Resolution:
Please build your press-ready digital file by adding 0.125inch to each edge (ie. trim size + 0.25inch). Simply add 0.25 inch to the overall dimension of your digital layout. Example: a 2x3.5 inch Bus Card would have a bleed size of 2.25x3.75.

Crop Marks:
Please build your press-ready digital files by adding crop marks.

Fonts:
Fonts must be embedded in PDF files. Fonts should be outlines or converted to paths or curves in EPS files. Some fonts have copyright restrictions and will not embed in PDF files. QuarkXpress and InDesign: fonts and images must be included with all files submitted.

Borders:
Please all 1/16inch cutting tolerance around your card. We do not recommend borders due to shifting in the cutting process and your borders may appear uneven.

Pre-Press

We offer Pre-Printing services alongside the conventional print projects. Your Pre-Printing can be produced on a stand-alone basis.
